Product and Training Specialist- Retail

Randstad have partnered with a leading high end Australian brand to recruit a Brand Representative/ Product Specialist to drive sales growth, market share, and gross profit within their retailers.

As the brand representative, your key responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain strong relationships within retail teams. You will play a crucial role in maximising product visibility by ensuring their products are prioritised in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales: Execute strategies to boost sales and market share across North Queensland.
• Train and Educate: Conduct engaging in-store training sessions to ensure retail staff are knowledgeable and confident in selling their products.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with in-store teams, becoming a trusted and valued partner.
• Manage Training: Maintain a comprehensive training register and track progress.

Remuneration Package:

• Competitive base Salary
• Commission for Regions sales- Roughly $15,000 yearly
